§ 42-45-11 - Transfer of functions to department of administration. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 42-45-11

   § 42-45-11  Transfer of functions todepartment of administration. – There are hereby transferred to the department of administration:

   (1) Those functions of the historical preservation commissionwhich were administered through or with respect to commission programs in theperformance of strategic planning as defined in § 42-11-10(c);

   (2) All officers, employees, agencies, advisory councils,committees, commissions, and task forces of the historical preservationcommission who were performing strategic planning functions as defined in§ 42-11-10(c); and

   (3) So much of other functions or parts of functions andemployees and resources, physical and funded, related thereto of the executivedirector of the historical preservation commission as are incidental to andnecessary for the performance of the functions transferred by subdivisions (1)and (2).
