SECTION 42-45-3

   § 42-45-3  Officers of the historicalpreservation and heritage commission. – The commission shall annually elect from its members a chairperson andsecretary. Six (6) voting members of the commission shall constitute a quorum,and no vacancy in the membership of the commission shall impair the right of aquorum to exercise all the rights and perform all of the duties of thecommission. Meetings of the commission shall be held upon the call of thechairperson, or a majority of the commission, upon due written notice mailed ordelivered at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting.
