SECTION 42-45-9.1

   § 42-45-9.1  Historic preservation easementfund. – It is hereby provided that the general treasurer establish a "historicpreservation easement fund" for the purpose of receiving fees charged foracceptance of conservation easements. The historical preservation and heritagecommission shall assess fees for acceptance of conservation easements. The feesshall be used to pay the costs of operating and maintaining the easements.
