SECTION 42-46-9
§ 42-46-9 Other applicable law. – The provisions of this chapter shall be in addition to any and all otherconditions or provisions of applicable law and are not to be construed to be inamendment of or in repeal of any other applicable provision of law, except§ 16-2-29, which has been expressly repealed.
