   § 42-47.1-5  Summer internships forstudents with disabilities. – The program in consultation with the governor's commission on disabilities andother agencies servicing people with disabilities shall establish a summerinternship program for students with disabilities. The student interns shall beplaced in state agencies for the purposes of enabling these individuals inestablishing an awareness of the governmental process, and also developacademic skills and career goal awareness through experiential education.
