SECTION 42-55-15

   § 42-55-15  Issuance of refundingobligations. – The corporation may provide for the issuance of refunding obligations for thepurpose of refunding any obligations then outstanding which have been issuedunder the provisions of this chapter, including the payment of any redemptionpremium and any interest accrued or to accrue to the date of redemption ofthose obligations and for any corporate purpose of the corporation. Theissuance of those obligations, the maturities and other details, the rights ofthe holders, and the rights, duties, and obligations of the corporation inrespect of the refunding obligations shall be governed by the provisions ofthis chapter which relate to the issuance of obligations, insofar as thoseprovisions may be appropriate.
