SECTION 42-55-5.4

   § 42-55-5.4  Renewable energy in housingdevelopments. – On or before July 1, 2009, the corporation shall establish, in appropriatehousing development programs it administers, criteria for priorityconsideration of housing development proposals which include renewable energyfeatures which are demonstrated to be cost-effective and can be implemented ina reasonable period of time.
