SECTION 42-56.1-8

   § 42-56.1-8  Ineligibility for otherincentive payments. – Any person receiving educational incentive payments under this chapter isineligible for additional payments as contained in the incentive in-servicetraining programs for state employees as contained in the state personnel rulesor in §§ 36-4-14 or 36-4-44 or in any other chapter relating toincentive in-service training programs.
