SECTION 42-56.2-2

   § 42-56.2-2  Contracts by federal surplusproperty officer. – The federal surplus property officer may enter into any contract with theUnited States, or with any agency of the United States, for the purchase, leaseor other acquisition of any equipment, supplies, materials, or other personalproperty, and may, with the approval of the governor, enter into any contractwith the United States, or with any agency of the United States, for thepurchase, lease, or other acquisition of any property within this state, or anyinterest in property.
