SECTION 42-56-16

   § 42-56-16  Deputy warden and employees,women's division, adult correctional institutions. – The director of corrections shall appoint a deputy warden, women's division,adult correctional institutions, who under the direction of the director, shallhave the control and management of the division. The director shall appoint anyother assistants and employees who may be deemed necessary for the propermanagement of the women's division.
