SECTION 42-56-41
§ 42-56-41 Severability. – Every word, phrase, clause, section, subsection, or any of the provisions ofthis chapter are declared to be severable from the whole, and a declaration ofunenforceability or unconstitutionality of any portion of this section by ajudicial court of competent jurisdiction, shall not affect the portionsremaining.
