SECTION 42-6-6

   § 42-6-6  Performance of powers and duties.– All the powers and duties conferred by law upon and required to be performed bythe several state departments, divisions, and other administrative agenciesshall hereafter be exercised, performed, and administered by the generalofficers, the directors of the several departments and the boards, commissions,and agencies specified in this title.
