SECTION 42-60.1-4
§ 42-60.1-4 Prohibition. – No new appliances covered by § 42-60.1-3 may be sold, offered for sale, orinstalled in the state on or after June 15, 1989, unless the energy efficiencyof the appliance meets or exceeds the standards set forth in § 42-60.1-5of this chapter.
