§ 42-60.1-6 - Certification.
SECTION 42-60.1-6
§ 42-60.1-6 Certification. – Manufacturers of appliances covered by this chapter shall certify to thedirector that those appliances are in compliance with the provisions of thischapter. The director shall promulgate regulations governing the certificationof appliances covered by this chapter and shall publish an annual list of thoseappliances.
