SECTION 42-60-10

   § 42-60-10  Penalties. – Every person shall obey, observe, and comply with the provisions of thischapter and with every effective order, rule, or regulation promulgatedpursuant to this chapter. Violations of any provision of this chapter or of anyorder, rule, or regulation promulgated under this chapter shall constitute amisdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundreddollars ($500) or imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days. Every violationshall be a separate and distinct offense, and, in the case of continuingviolation, every day's continuance of that violation shall be a separate anddistinct offense.
