§ 42-60-12 - Severability.
SECTION 42-60-12
§ 42-60-12 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstances, is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affectother provisions or application of the chapter which can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions ofthis chapter are declared to be severable.
