   § 42-61.2-8  Penalty for manipulation ortampering. – Any person who, with intent to manipulate the outcome, payoff, and/or operationof a video lottery terminal, manipulates the outcome, prize, or operation of avideo lottery terminal by physical or electronic means shall be guilty of afelony punishable by imprisonment for not more than ten (10) years or by a fineof not less than ten thousand ($10,000) dollars or both.
