SECTION 42-62-22

   § 42-62-22  Annual report on the healthcondition of the state and health expenditures. – The director of the department of health shall make an annual report to thegovernor and the members of the general assembly not later than January 30 ofeach year outlining in specific detail the health conditions of the people ofthe state, the level of health services available to the people of the state,the amount of funds spent in the previous year by public and private agenciesand consumers for health services and unmet health needs of the people of thestate, the amounts of moneys disbursed for the entitlements established underthis chapter, and the amounts of moneys which may be needed according toactuarial estimates to meet these entitlements in the following two (2) years.
