SECTION 42-62-9

   § 42-62-9  Employees' health benefit plans.– Each employer shall, in accordance with regulations promulgated by the directorof the department of business regulation in consultation with the director ofthe department of health, offer the opportunity for his or her employees toenroll in any available qualified health maintenance organization on the sameabsolute dollar cost sharing terms which may be provided for other healthbenefits plans made available for employee enrollment.
