SECTION 42-63.1-10

   § 42-63.1-10  Review and reporting. –(a) The Rhode Island economic development corporation shall at least once everyfive (5) years, commencing in 1993, study the effectiveness of the tax infulfilling the purposes set forth herein and report to the general assembly onits findings.

   (b) The corporation shall call upon the resources andassistance of other state agencies and the University of Rhode Islanddepartment of resource economics in the preparation of its report.
