SECTION 42-63.2-2

   § 42-63.2-2  Grants for child day carefacilities. – The director shall establish and administer a program of grants to nonprofitdevelopment corporations for the purpose of planning, site preparation,construction, expansion, or renovation of licensed child day care facilities inindustrial parks. The total of grants under this section to any one nonprofitdevelopment corporation shall not exceed one hundred thousand dollars($100,000). The total of all grants under this section shall not exceed onehundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in any fiscal year.
