SECTION 42-64.1-4

   § 42-64.1-4  Economic development projectplan. – The Rhode Island economic development corporation may initiate an economicdevelopment project by adopting an economic development project plan inaccordance with the provisions of this chapter, the Rhode Island EconomicDevelopment Corporation Act, chapter 64 of this title, and any regulations ofthe economic development corporation. A project plan may be amended from timeto time and may include:

   (1) A general description of the land within the project area;

   (2) A general description of the present condition and usesof the land and any improvements on the land;

   (3) A general description of the land uses or building usesproposed by the economic development corporation for the project area; and

   (4) Any other items as the port authority may, in itsdiscretion, deem appropriate.
