§ 42-64.10-10 - Compliance. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 42-64.10-10

   § 42-64.10-10  Compliance. – The corporations shall comply with all applicable provisions of law, including,but not limited to:

   (a) Ethics, chapter 14 of title 36;

   (b) Opening meetings, chapter 46 of this title;

   (c) Public records, chapter 2 of title 38;

   (d) Administrative procedures, chapter 35 of this title; and

   (e) Governance and financial management of quasi-publiccorporations, as provided in chapter 18 of title 35 with regard to obligations,financing leases, and guarantees and chapter 2 of title 37 with regard topurchasing principles, policies, and practices, and by §§ 35-3-17.1,35-6-37, 35-7-13, 35-7-14, 35-20-6, 35-20-9, 42-11.3-2 in accordance with§§ 31-3-11 and 42-11.3-4(A).
