SECTION 42-64.10-15

   § 42-64.10-15  Dissolution of theQuonset/Davisville Management Corporation. – The enactment of this chapter shall constitute the approval and authorizationof the general assembly to dissolve the Quonset/Davisville ManagementCorporation, which is a subsidiary of the economic development corporation, andthe functions of the Quonset Davisville Management Corporation are herebytransferred to the corporation, effective December 31, 2004.
