SECTION 42-64.10-4

   § 42-64.10-4  Definitions. – (a) As used in this chapter, words and terms, shall have the meaning set forthin § 42-64-4 unless this chapter provides a different meaning or unlessthe context indicates a different meaning or intent.

   (b) Within this chapter, the following words and terms shallhave the following meanings unless the context indicates a different meaning orintent:

   (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the corporation.

   (2) "Chairperson" means the chairperson of the board ofdirectors of the corporation.

   (3) "Corporation" means the Quonset Development Corporation.

   (4) "Quonset Business Park" means former Navy lands in thetown of North Kingstown, and lands related thereto, and personal propertythereon, which are or have been owned, leased, managed and/or under the controlof the economic development corporation.
