   § 42-64.2-6  Directors. – The powers of the Rhode Island public rail corporation shall be vested in aboard of directors consisting of a director of the state department ofadministration, the director of the state department of transportation, and thechairperson of the Rhode Island public transit authority or the designee ofeach.
