SECTION 42-64.2-7
§ 42-64.2-7 Reports. – The annual report of the Rhode Island public rail corporation shall be sent tothe governor, the general assembly, and to the chief elected officials ofcities and towns in which the corporation owns real estate. The report shallinclude a complete report of the operations and financial status of the RhodeIsland public rail corporation.
