SECTION 42-64.2-9

   § 42-64.2-9  Liberal construction. –Neither this chapter nor anything herein contained is or shall be construed asa restriction or limitation upon any powers which the corporation mightotherwise have under any laws of this state, and this chapter is cumulative toany of those powers. This chapter does and shall be construed to provide acomplete, additional, and alternative method for the doing of the thingsauthorized thereby and shall be regarded as supplemental and additional topowers conferred by other laws.
