SECTION 42-64.3-11

   § 42-64.3-11  Penalty for failure tocomply. – Any qualified business, officer or employee of a qualified business whowillfully fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter or otherwisesubmits false or misleading information is guilty of a misdemeanor. Uponconviction, the qualified business, officer or employee of a qualified businessshall be fined an amount not to exceed three (3) times the amount of taxcredits received by the company or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding oneyear, or both.
