SECTION 42-64.3-9.1

   § 42-64.3-9.1  Authority for businessproperty tax adjustment – West Warwick. – Notwithstanding the provisions of § 44-3-9, the West Warwick Town Councilmay stabilize real and tangible property taxes in connection with thedevelopment and construction of a hotel/waterpark to be located in the WestWarwick Business Park for a period not to exceed twenty-five (25) years.
