SECTION 42-64.8-8

   § 42-64.8-8  Reports. – The urban infrastructure commission shall issue a report outlining the findingsand recommendations of the commission on establishing and financing an urbanrenaissance fund no later than February 15, 2004. Copies of the report shall besubmitted to the governor, presiding officers of the general assembly, eachcity and town of the state, and appropriate state departments and agenciesregarding the commission's work, including draft legislation necessary toimplement its recommendations. Reports of the commission shall be available tothe public.
