SECTION 42-64.9-11

   § 42-64.9-11  Expedited permit process.– Any building designated by the enterprise zone council as a certified buildingshall be immediately forwarded by the building owner to the governor and theboard of directors of the Rhode Island economic development corporation forconsideration as a project of critical economic concern as that term is definedin § 42-117-3(3) and shall be entitled to the benefits of chapter 117 ofthis title.
