SECTION 42-64.9-15
§ 42-64.9-15 Revocation of certification.– The council has the power to revoke the certification of any building certifiedunder § 42-64.9-5 of this chapter and to revoke the eligibility of anybusiness defined as an eligible business under § 42-64.9-4.
