§ 42-64.9-18 - Applicability.
SECTION 42-64.9-18
§ 42-64.9-18 Applicability. – The provisions of this chapter apply to all buildings that have been designatedby the enterprise zone council as certifiable buildings pursuant to chapter64.5 of this title for all years commencing with the year of the designation.
