SECTION 42-64-22

   § 42-64-22  Agreement of the state. –The state does pledge to and agree with the holders of any bonds or notesissued under this chapter that the state will not limit or alter the rightsvested in the Rhode Island economic development corporation to fulfill theterms of any agreements made with the holders until the bonds or notes,together with the interest on these bonds and notes, with interest on anyunpaid installments of interest, and all costs and expenses in connection withany action or proceeding by or on behalf of the holders, are fully met anddischarged. The corporation is authorized to include this pledge and agreementof the state in any agreement with the holders of the bonds or notes.
