SECTION 42-64-26

   § 42-64-26  Authorization to acceptappropriated moneys. – The Rhode Island economic development corporation is authorized to accept anymoneys as may be appropriated from time to time by the general assembly foreffectuating its corporate purposes including, without limitation, the paymentof the initial expenses of administration and operation and the establishmentof reserves or contingency funds to be available for the payment of theprincipal of and the interest on any bonds, notes or other obligations of thecorporation.
