SECTION 42-64-27

   § 42-64-27  Assistance by state officers,departments, boards and commission. – (a) All state agencies may render any services to the Rhode Island economicdevelopment corporation within their respective functions as may be requestedby the corporation.

   (b) Upon request of the corporation, any state agency isauthorized and empowered to transfer to the corporation any officers andemployees as it may deem necessary from time to time to assist the corporationin carrying out its functions and duties under this chapter. Officers andemployees so transferred shall not lose their civil service status or rights.
