SECTION 42-64-33

   § 42-64-33  Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this chapter shall beadjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that judgmentshall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of the chapter but shallbe confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section, orpart directly involved in the controversy in which that judgment shall havebeen rendered.
