SECTION 42-64-8.1

   § 42-64-8.1  Appropriation and expenses.– The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sums that it may deemnecessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter; and the state controlleris authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurerfor the payment of that sum, or so much as may be required from time to time,upon receipt by the controller of proper vouchers authenticated.
