SECTION 42-64-9.6

   § 42-64-9.6  Notice of decisions. –Within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the hearing, the RhodeIsland economic development corporation shall render its decision and findingsand shall give notice by publication in some newspaper of general circulationpublished in Rhode Island and distributed in Washington and Providence countiesand by mailing a copy by registered or certified mail to each person who shallhave registered with the corporation with his or her name and address with arequest for specific notification of the results of the hearing.
