§ 42-64-9.7 Notice of hearing on orders.– Before adopting or entering any order applicable to any one or more specificpersons, the Rhode Island economic development corporation shall give to eachof the persons, by registered or certified mail, twenty (20) days notice of thetime and place of the hearing to be afforded to each of the persons if he, sheor it desires the hearing. The notice shall state the date, time and locationof the hearing.
