SECTION 42-64-9.9

   § 42-64-9.9  Public access to information.– Any permit, permit application or effluent data shall be available to thepublic for inspection and copying. The Rhode Island economic developmentcorporation shall treat as privileged any information, which would, if madepublic, divulge methods or processes entitled to protections as trade secretsof the person or entity. Confidential or privileged materials may be disclosedor transmitted to other officers, employees or agents of the corporation.
