SECTION 42-66.1-2

   § 42-66.1-2  Definitions. – As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

   (1) "Director" shall mean the director of the department ofelderly affairs or the director's designee.

   (2) "Housing for the elderly" shall mean private and publichousing complexes designated by the federal government as housing for theelderly located in the state.
