SECTION 42-66.3-2

   § 42-66.3-2  Home and community careservices to the elderly – Purpose. – There is created a home and community care services to the elderly programwhich shall provide levels of reimbursement for necessary covered services whenthe provision of these services will: (1) promote independent living; and (2)allow the client to remain at home. It is the intent of this program to preventor delay institutionalization. It is not necessary to be eligible forinstitutionalization to receive services under this program.
