SECTION 42-66.6-1

   § 42-66.6-1  Long-term care assessment andcare management services – Program establishment. – There is established, within the department of elderly affairs, a long-termcare assessment and care management program. The purpose of the program is toprovide chronically impaired or disabled persons in need of assistance withactivities of daily living with an assessment of need and guidance in theprocurement of necessary long term care and supportive services and to makethese persons aware of available long-term care service options. The departmentof human services shall cooperate and assist in the establishment of thisprogram.
