SECTION 42-66.7-12

   § 42-66.7-12  Rules and regulations. –The director of the department of elderly affairs shall promulgate and, fromtime to time, revise rules and regulations for the implementation andenforcement of the long-term ombudsperson program including, but not limitedto, the procedures for the receipt, investigation and resolution, throughadministrative action, of complaints. As applicable, the rules and regulationspromulgated by the director shall be in accordance with the provisions setforth in § 712 of the Older Americans Act (42 U.S.C. § 3058g) asamended in 2000.
