SECTION 42-66.7-16

   § 42-66.7-16  Penalty for violations ofsections 42-66.7-8 and 42-66.7-14. – Every person who willfully violates the provisions of § 42-66.7-8 or§ 42-66.7-14 will be subject to a fine up to one thousand dollars ($1,000)for each violation of these sections and any other remedy provided for in theRhode Island law.
