§ 42-69-2 Purpose. – The purpose of this commission is to accept as a gift or a donation, orotherwise acquire from the Republic of Cape Verde, title to and possession ofthe schooner Ernestina, formerly known as the Effie M. Morrissey, and tooperate it for educational and training purposes.
