SECTION 42-7.2-11

   § 42-7.2-11  Rules and regulations. –The executive office of health and human services shall be deemed an agency forpurposes of § 42-35-1, et seq. of the Rhode Island general laws. Thesecretary shall make and promulgate such rules and regulations, fee schedulesnot inconsistent with state law and fiscal policies and procedures as he or shedeems necessary for the proper administration of this chapter and to carry outthe policy and purposes thereof.
