SECTION 42-7.2-14

   § 42-7.2-14  Cooperation of other stateexecutive branch agencies. – As may be appropriate from time to time, the departments and other agencies ofthe state of the executive branch that have not been assigned to the executiveoffice of health and human services under this chapter shall assist andcooperate with the executive office as may be required by the governorrequested by the secretary.
